The person behind ALMA.
Before ALMA, I worked in event management and as a personal assistant.
Once, the day before an event, a client called to say she no longer liked any of the activities we had planned. I listened, stayed calm and reassured her that the plan would work. The next day, they thanked me — and admitted they had simply been stressed.
That's what I've learned: we're people working with people. Sometimes the job is simply to put yourself in someone else's shoes.
ALMA grew from that.

For legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, property management, cleaning, repairs or other specialist services, we can research and coordinate the right professionals, but we don't provide those services ourselves.

A few things to know
Prices are final. ALMA is exempt from VAT (article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code).
Packages run by calendar month, are paid in advance by the 1st of each month, renew automatically, and can be cancelled up to 15 days before the next month begins. If you join mid-month, your first month is adjusted to the week you join.
Time is counted in 10-minute blocks, with a 10-minute minimum per request. Quick follow-up messages aren't counted.
You receive a monthly summary of the hours used.
Unused hours don't roll over to the following month.
Extra hours within a package: €45 per hour.
We work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, and aim to reply within the same working day.
Requests with less than 24 hours' notice are accommodated when possible (+35%). Evenings, weekends and public holidays by prior arrangement (+50%).
Travel time is counted from your hours, plus €0.40 per km for the whole trip from and to our base. Tolls and parking are charged at cost. Trips beyond the Lisbon area are agreed in advance.
Third-party costs are not included — tickets, deliveries, restaurant deposits, purchases, suppliers and other external expenses. You usually pay them directly; when that isn't possible, we can advance up to €100 per expense with your approval, reimbursed within 48 hours.
As a rule, you arrange access for each visit. We only hold keys with a signed key receipt, and never copy or label them.
We don't provide regulated professional services, but we can research, recommend and coordinate the right specialists.

Yes. One-off requests start from €60 and are quoted upfront, based on scope and complexity. It's a good way to see how ALMA works before choosing a package.
No. You can start with a one-off request. Packages are monthly and can be cancelled up to 15 days before the next month begins.
